[ietf78-tech] thoughts on the terminal room...

I've been trying to push us to think differently about the the terminal
room for a while.

I think this last meeting demonstrated that it really serves no purpose
other than as a place to house the printer... which is silly the printer
can sit in the hallway...

I would advocate therefore rethinking how the terminal room is setup and
where it located in light of that...

In my model the terminal room should be:

* centrally located not tucked away in some corner.

* setup for  6 to 8 small groups to dwell/meet (this means new seating
arrangements, also a couple whiteboards would be nice)

* have a minimal amount of wire.

* still house the help desk
