Well, I know that the GoDaddy stuff is well distributed, so that would be my
1st suggestion.  I believe GoDaddy is really issuing "starfieldtech" or
some such,
but I know they work.

If we got a standard SSL from them, that is $25 for a year.    We would
have to clue in: rpelletier at isoc.org since that is the WHOIS tech
contact for ietf.org.
Then have him retrieve it and hand it to us.
