[ietf78-tech] Maastricht weather

I realize that this is early, but some folk start travelling soon:
We had a bit of a heat wave last week, and we'll have another one
by the end of this week, it seems.
Temperature peaks at around 34 centigrade (93 F) end of the week,
like last week.

It is really too early to tell anything about weather in the Netherlands
during IETF period, but do note that:
- Deployment of A/C equipment is typically sparser in the Netherlands
than in USA places I've been.
- Humidity makes things more interesting
- Temperature in south-east (maastricht) is always more exciting than in,
  e.g. Amsterdam
- Even if there is A/C, this may not be true for all places we need
  to deploy equipment.
For instance, MDF has A/C, IDF's do not.

So, plan to bring at least some appropiate clothes in case things
do get hot. And don't forget umbrella and a rain jacket because
one just never knows.
