Both, I can shop around a bit online and make some phone calls to shops.

Agreed, Paradigit & Computerland are proper computer stores, where
Dixons is more a leisure time electronics store. However if we agree now
on the model, we can order the printers now and have them either send to
MECC or if they are on stock in a Maastricht store, we could pick them
up by car on Tuesday/Wednesday.

It all depends on the budget then. I would suggest getting a printer
which support Postscript. The HP CP2025DN might be a better candidate if
the budget allows it, they cost around 500,- each, do
color-laserjet+network+duplex+postscript. Also having the same brand for
all 3 printers might be preferred, for easier configuration and support
of them.
HP has an interesting 50% discount running from 12 till 23 July, so this
means we can get 2 HP CP2025DN HP printers for 500,-. This is done
through cash back, but can only be done by a company registered with the
Dutch chamber of commerce. So with the receipts I could use RIPE NCC's
company details to receive the cash back and then transfer it to IETF,
but it might not be worth the hassle.

I could look into this too, if you tell me what the budget is for the
printers, I'll select the best printers within this budget and will
contact some shops in Maastricht to see who has them on stock and have
them put those aside for us and then we pay and pick them up somewhere
early next week.

ps: If the printers are only going to be used for this IETF meeting,
RIPE NCC might be interested in giving them a new home in the RIPE
meeting kit, depending on the specs according to the RIPE meeting
technical coordinator.
