Ok, I think this will work, I'll arrange this tomorrow morning and let 
you know. If anyone objects then please let me know by 10am CEST which 
is 16 hours from when this mail was send ;)

One b/w toner is good for 3500 pages, I'll buy 2 extra toners, so each 
printer can print up to 7000 pages, throughout the meeting, which would 
probably be enough for all attendees to print their boarding passes :)
