[ietf78-tech] Works on Dutch Rail

I can also pick up one person from the airport if anyone would like a
ride. (Two if you'd like to be stuffed into the backseat of a hatchback
along with suitcases. The boot will be full of servers, so luggage will
need to go on the backseats.)
