[ietf78-tech] terminal room switches

Hi,

Basic config is on the 4 switches in the terminalroom 130.129.1.{31..34} 
available over SSH.

The configs need to be cleaned up still!

All ports are configured to serve vlan 48 untagged except for the uplinks.

term1-sw

21 trunk to term4
22 trunk to term3
23 trunk to term2
24 uplink

term2-sw
48 trunk to term1

term3-sw
24 trunk to term1

term4-sw
1 trunk to term1

Printer is connected there on term4-sw1:port7.
