The ietf-nat64 SSID for the NAT 64 experiment has been removed from the 5Ghz
radio and turned into a broadcast SSID on the 2.4Ghz radio. Note that we did
not want to broadcast this SSID on the 5Ghz radio as we are already
broadcasting 6 SSID's on that radio and we want to have the ability to
broadcast the ietf and ietf-a SSID's if we decide to stop authenticating
users to the network. The AP's we are using have 8 MAC addresses on each
radio and, thus, have the ability to broadcast up to 8 SSID's.
