[ietf78-tech] IETF Portal Problem

Hi, IETF-TECH all,
I found a problem:
After log-in from the ietf-portal, when visiting internet using IP address such as http://202.112.50.8/, it always leads me to the login webpage: https://portal.meeting.ietf.org/index.pl?redir=%22http://202.112.50.8/%22 again and again but never get my desired web page of http://202.112.50.8/. But, it's OK for DNS name: http://www.vhost.edu.cn/.
In fact, it's the same problem when visiting internet via IP address.
