  Note that this was a first visit, the report is 4 years old
  (and technology has changed!), and the questions are different now.
  I know that we'll need more detailed info, more info on power availability
  in MDF/IDF, more info on RF situation and more detailed info
  on the fiber infrastructure, but it gives an idea.
  If people want me to do things, please advise before monday!
