[ietf78-tech] Draft ietf78 2nd site review available

As discussed in the conf call yesterday, the draft version of my 
site review is at http://psg.com/~geertj/ietf78/

What is missing:
- Most pictures lack captions, will look at this tonight
  (I left dup pictures in, sometimes one picture is more useful than the other)
- Floor map of level 0, will be sent to me then added
- List of room patch points <--> SER room / patch point, will be sent
  to me then added

Would appreciate feedback, especially about stuff that is missing
or incorrect.
