But for Maastricht, you also want a guaranteed-to-work option,
correct?  So to attempt to summarize the strawman for this design is:

wireless configuration for Maastricht,
usage from most preferred to least:
1) WPA2 w/auth
2) WPA w/auth
3) MAC Address at Switch
4) none

with the assumption that some sort of feedback will be
collected about when/where people had to use #4, with
the intent of dropping it at Beijing?  Sorry if I'm
beating the now dead horse here.
