[ietf78-tech] Scribe needed

Gentlepeople,
	As the discussion with Randy pointed out, not having notes from our calls is a bad thing, and it's not practical for me to run the meeting and take notes at the same time. So, can I get a volunteer to take notes this time? Chris has been kind to do this several times in the past, so if someone else is willing, it would be appreciated.
