[ietf78-tech] Equipment list to be shipped from Verilan for Maastricht

I'm upping the fiber count for LAG.

I just got a set of M-audio av40's that would be sweet for the NOC...a bit
heavy to cart around, though, but I could bring them. Still have the box.
Might look at sourcing them locally or having them delivered to the MECC.
