[ietf78-tech] Meeting summary RIPE NCC technical support at IETF-78

Hi All,

A short summary of what we discussed and concluded regarding assisting
with tech support at IETF-78.

- Present: Jim Martin, Karen O'Donoghue, Randy Bush, Brian Riddle (RIPE
NCC), Andrei Robachevsky (RIPE NCC).

- RIPE NCC agrees to send 2 engineers for tech support for the full 2
weeks, starting with the prep week from the Tuesday and for the full
meeting week.

- Plus the RIPE NCC will consider sending additional staff for specific
days with peak workload, and for tech support during the meeting week.
This decision will be made based on more detailed planning of the
technical team work.

- Next step: Brian will confirm who the 2 RIPE NCC engineers will be in
the coming weeks then we can adjust the ietf78-tech at daedelus.com mail list.
