Ethernet points lit from SER2, which we were already feeding
(this is also where we start the MECCafe / MECC@table rooms from,
with the small inline switch we discussed 2 weeks ago).

Ethernet drops in steel bars which are attached to the ceiling,
see http://psg.com/~geertj/ietf78/pics/expohal.
The "spant" mentioned in the outlets list MECC_UTP_EXPO_FOYER.pdf
is actually the number of the metal bar.

(I realise we want the AP's low, on the floor, and that's
do-able BUT it means cables coming down from the ceiling
so we'll need to be careful about location to avoid
cabling issues; from a cabling point of view, I'd
recommend AP's high up, attached to the steel bars)

Only catch may be electricity, but that's not ours:
there is special power outlets in the same steel bars,
with cables coming down, which the MECC has.
Personally, I'd aim towards restricting power outlets
on the floor there, less chance for someone to trip
over cables and pour his lunch over some else's laptoy.
Secondly, providing power there is (currently) not in the
contract of the electrician providing laptop power to the
breakout rooms. Again, my recommendation is that we
either sparingly, or preferrably don't, provide laptop power
in the Explo Foyer at all.

We'll need a lift to install AP's and, eventuallu power outlets,
which we'll already need for the MECCafe / MECC@table connection.
Plus, you'll need tie raps to attach the AP's to the steel bars.

Note that MECCafe / MECC@table (used as the terminal room / IESG breakfast)
is adjecent so we're already partially lighting up the place.

where the IETF rooms are all in the blue congress centre,
MECCCafe / MECC@table is red, and the expo foyer is the yellow
bit in the middle.
