[ietf79-tech] DNS Services Update

Gentlepeople,
	Just to bring everyone up to date, I've tweeked the DNS config on the IETF systems. Here's the background/updates/etc....

	- The authoritative master is services-1. Please make edits there, keeping in mind that the files are under RCS

	- Services-2 is slaving off of Services-1 for meeting.ietf.org, 129.130.in-addr.arpa, and 8.f.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa

	- The ietf.org server has delegated meeting.ietf.org to 130.129.5.6/2001:df8:0:5::6 and 130.129.5.7/2001:df8:0:5::7

	- Interop is slaving 129.130.in-addr.arpa from 139.129.5.6 & 130.129.5.7 (Though there are routing issues ... we need to discuss)

	- I don't believe 8.f.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa has been pointed at us. Joel?


	Now that the mechanics of DNS are (mostly) working, I'll be looking at the content...
