[ietf79-tech] Portal text tweaks

I used the ietf-hotel portal this morning, since ietf-hotel.1x got me
authenticated but no DHCP.  (ietf-hotel.1x worked last night, I think.
 Well, it still is last night, kinda, my poor timeshifting body).

I noticed the following things on the portal page:

>> Additional Ids are available at the *MECC at Table*.

I recognize MECC as being a part of the conference center in .nl.  We should
fix this to specify the actual place where additional ids will be available.

>> Information about Admission Control can be found here.<http://www.ietf.org/meeting/79/network-admission-control.html>

This points to http://www.ietf.org/meeting/79/network-admission-control.html,
which does not exist.

>> For additional support, please submit a trouble ticket here,
>> send e-mail to noc at ietf.org, or visit the helpdesk located
>> in the *terminal room next to registration*.

Is the terminal room next to registration this time?  I don't know where
registration will be but it might be simpler to just say "in the terminal
room, Lotus I on the second floor of the garden wing".

The link to submit a trouble ticket did work.

Is "noc at ietf.org" the right email address?  I didn't test it.
