Ah.  Good point.

There are some messages in /var/log/messages on the NAC that
got me going a bit.  I would still add those sysctl's though, for various
reasons, but mostly because it is what we used at IETF78, and they
are the settings you are supposed to use for this kind of deployment.

2 cents, give or take, depending on the actions of the Fed...
