Fiber is in into hotel
Working on fiber to Leon's building
Then will get v4 and v6 up to Univ.

Randy has found routers--will firm up in the next couple of days.
Need PIC's and SFP's--Randy may be able to find. Warren has one PIC and look
for SFP's in various optics (LX/LH,ZX/ZH,EX/EH?).
Others are also looking.
Bill Jensen may be able to hand-carry small things (PIC's, SFP's) as he's
arriving on October 24th in Beijing.
We need more details on what's needed. I sent an email to the list asking
for clarification.

Most Conference rooms will not be available until November 6th.
Leon should be able to have 15 engineers to help with the deployment.

Test bed is up--routing to 130.196 is spotty, but should stabilize over the
next 24 hours.
Services and Management VM's are up. Portal machine is up, but not
functional all of the time. Troubleshooting. The China team has contacted
John regarding the portal issue.

Leon to contact the Secretariat regarding power for laptops in conference
rooms.
