Many thanks to Chris for hosting tech meeting and taking the not-so-rough
notes!

> I cannot ping 130.129.5.6 right now, but a traceroute shows I'm getting
very close. Leon will look into what's blocking me.

Still i am not able to figure out the local routing puzzle.. anyway, we plan
to move 130.129/16, as well as new servers, to hotel very soon, so let's try
it again at the other time.
