Bill,

Please coordinate changes with the Tsinghua team. Wej knows who's working on
management, and is in Beijing now. Leon ("Xiaoliang Zhao" <
xzhao at cernet.edu.cn>) is the lead for that team and can also help
coordinating changes.

I don't want to stop you from making changes, just don't want folks
colliding while working.
