Ok, I will go to shutdown backup management VM and connect 2nd interface to
management VM tomorrow. Sorry for my misunderstanding. Great we find it out
earlier.

Now, I am bit clearer on the problem, DNS resolves noc.meeting.ietf.org to
two IPs, 1.12 and 5.12, likely in a round-robin fashion. No wonder wiki
edits fall into cracks.
