[ietf79-tech] Ongoing meeting time

All,

The best time for everyone seems to be 8pm Eastern time on Mondays. So let's
plan on meeting this coming Monday. I'll send an invite once the call in
info is resolved.

I'll ping Ray about using the IETF/ISOC WebEx bridge.Otherwise, Warren's
bridge worked well for the three of us, so I may ask Warren if we can use it
on an ongoing basis if WebEx isn't an option.
