ASR's or GSR's are probably the best bets for our needs, however, I admit to being out of date on CIsco products. So we could hit up Cisco Beijing as well. It would take some additional work to develop the configs for Cisco routers, but I wouldn't expect it to take too long.

yesterday (monday here), after returning from nation day holiday week,
xiaoliang asked me for help on this one, as the beijing juniper folk
were having problems making the usual two m7is happen.

i have been talking with juniper hq and juniper jp. both are working
the issue.

yesterday, monday was a holiday here/jp [0], and it's still earlt here.
so we have tokyo email responses, but no results yet as no one is in the
office.

jhq and jjp are just starting to see if they can get j beijing to work
the trick locally in beijing.

worse comes to worse,
o hq has a 7i they can take out of a test rack
o i have a 7i waiting to be racked in seattle

i have not checked are in iij's test racks here in tokyo, but know there
a a number of 7is there.

the ietf secretariat would have to arrange shipping for any seattle and
tokyo units. i think hq can do shipping from there. but this will all
have to be sorted.

but it has only been one day since xiaoliang asked for help. let's give
it a few more before we pull the last resort tricks.
