Sorry for my German ignorance but I had the issue thrice lately and 3 of 4 WebEx invitations even get it wrong -- PST or PDT? (yes, there is a difference; in case you wonder, California is on PDT at the moment and you'd swim in the Pacific or be in British Columbia close to the Gulf of Alaska, if you thought it was PST. Yes people and systems think it's PST no matter what).

Assuming PDT, it's 13:00 PDT which will be, uhm, 16:00 EDT, 20:00 UTC or 22:00 GMT+0200, or 04:00 CST (Thu July 14).

Please correct me if I am wrong.
