Gentlepeople,
	Welcome to the very belated IETF81 Tech list. This is where we'll be discussing all the technical issues involved in delivering the network for IETF81 in Quebec City. 

	Here's who I've subscribed to begin with. PLEASE let me know if there's anyone else who should be subscribed. A few notables one way or the other: 
	-  I'm sending Randy an invitation out of band to see if he'd like to join us ... I didn't want to autosubscribe him without his consent.  
	- Morgan would like to join us as a volunteer, and Verilan doesn't have an issue with it, so don't be surprised. 
	- We're hoping to have a group from Taipei joining us in Quebec, and I've included them all on this list. Please welcome them!
