[ietf83-tech] Fwd: MOU for IeTF Paris Connectivity

Although it shares similarities with FC and SMA connectors it seems to 
be a Radiall proprietary connector.  Unless someone can identify a local 
source for jumpers we should make arrangements to re-terminate the fiber 
real soon now.
