It's pretty bad in 519.  Long ping times, a fair amount of packet
loss.  Click on a Youtube video and get the first 3 seconds buffer,
never gets enough to actually start playing.

This is not any worse than it was in the past several days.  Most days
I just had 100% packet loss.
