[ietf83-tech] Rsync difficulties

rsync -avzp  --exclude '*.syncinfo' dump/ stream at ietfa.amsl.com:~/dump/

The packetloss issue was only on the hotel wireless network.  These are transferring from the wired network in the conference center.
