[ietf85-tech] Switch templates

All,

The templates for all of the switches except for the core switch now have a
permanent home on the NOC machine in Jim's rack at ISC. You can reach them
here:

noc.ietf.org://data/IETF\ config\ templates/

Anyone with access to the machine will have read access to the templates.
Please feel free to make changes--use sudo to commit them. I'll be glad to
help, if needed.

Thanks, and sorry I didn't get this out this morning--the guest room con
call fried my brain. At least the Zomnies will like them.
