the 10am to 1pm PDT timeframe  works for me; later would be more tricky
but doable if needed till probably 3pm -- after that it's Saturday for me
already...

If it's not much news (we got a lot in email already) probably at
quick one at 10am might be fine?

My experience is that if poeple are not using badly connected mobile
devices the voice quality is usually a lot better on Webex than any of
the normal land line connected US bridges -- but my ears are spoilt by
15 years of ISDN;-)

I should have no troubles using my desk phone or using SIP to call
any US number (I got the intl. calling restrictions removed for
exactly these calls; it bounced all the way up to the head of
departement imho but hey it's less than 2USD an hour even on the
overcharging university setup;-).
