Hi,

we clearly need to submit the Photo from Taipei with the secretariat
in billo-shirts for http://www.ietf.org/meeting/gallery/gallery.py .


Ok,  not entirely sure who all was on the call;  if you are missing,
raise your hand.... the webex quality is better for barge in...

Take the fiber connections with a grain of salt .. anyway double-check
before trusting me on anything.

 	circuits in MDF, waiting for rolling rack to install the Cienna
 	+1  SM LC-LC patches,  SC-LC  (I think that was for the kit list)
Nick:	can travel with some fiber
Jim:	all (in) MDF will be LC;  short hops MM; everything else
 	should be LC-LC;  for routers to comcast
 	everything esle between switches copper
 	any questions for external?  --- silence ---
TODO	Nick, can you check the routers have the right interfaces?

 	one issue: IDF - we have only 1 cable, thus need to take over
 	IDF as soon as possible f. NOC, Wednesday?
Jim:	wifi on POE, powerdown on their switches => no reconfiguration
 	clean walkthrough; charge sth but not a ton
Jim:	meeting room ok, politics are sorted;
 	Just 1 rom to meeting rooms => lots of switch deployments

[ED. wonders while typing if we have enough patch cables, long ones
etc for this setup.  I have not been onsite but I hope you guys
cross-checked]

Jim:	guestrooms "holy hell"  AT&T+legal, Hilton+legal, lots of
 	meetings
 	"all done"
 	they change al SSIDs f. HHoners; been worried
 	"we could steal their private guests infromation"
Clever guy:	not that we could not have already
 	one more meeting: what ssid they change the rooms to (next wed)
 	onsite guys ok
 	1 VLAN wifi, 1 VLAN guestrooms (pvlans)
 	we could bridge or keep 2 VLANs

 	Servers?
Warren: 3 servers to arrive Oct 30th
+jim:	they'll go with the kit
 	comcast another 3, going back to ISC
Warren/:shipping to hotel and we'll deal with them from there

 	installation of cienna next week
