 	- easy copper to IT office
 	- fiber down to MPLE
 	- easiest room to get physical access to

Jim:	3x 20A into switch room
 	how much additional power for NOC?
Nick:	4
Jim:	4x noc, 2 tables in the middle, 2 side to stage things

Jim:	external 1 from Orlando
 	1 from ??
 	=> 2 switches to drop off

 	IP, BGP see email

 	they offer BFP ( Bidirectional forwarding detection ); fast
  	400ms failover; think of a heartbeat; 4x 100ms
