[ietf86-tech] Switch/AP code (was: updates in IOS 15)

I don't have an entitlement for this software with my login. However, my 
CCO isn't attached to Verilan's account, so we might be able to dig it up.

I don't suppose someone has 12.4(25d)JA2 handy?
