As the first to check in, it's clearly my obligation to test the guestroom
network.  I tried to watch the episode of Shameless that I missed last
week, but there was no chance.  Showtime's player is not that great, but it
was playing out 3 seconds of video and then buffering for 10.

Speedtest.net says ~950Kbps symmetrical.  Sounds like rate limiting.  The
weird things are
1. Speedtest geolocates me to Rochester;
2. Ping to the server in Tampa is 70ms.

I can't duplicate the 70ms ping; ping to an L3 4.2.2.2 node in Atlanta is
29ms.  70ms should be cross country, shouldn't it?
