[IPv6Scotch] Location for the IPv6 Scotch BOF at IETF-69 in Chicago

Hi,

We have a location for the working group this evening.  The Scotch BOF
will be held in Crystal starting at 10:30pm tonight (that's on the
Third Floor off behind the Esclators and up the stairs).  It's
generally recommended that you come with your drafts, but in order to
improve the quality of drafts two or three people may choose to
co-author.  The hotel should provide glassware and water, but feel
free to bring your own glasses if you're worried about us running out.
