[IPv6Scotch] Call for presentations - Working group session this IETF

With the current state of deployment of IPv6 we (the co-chairs) feel  
that
that it is more urgent than ever to have a WG session in Vancouver on  
the usual
date. The WG session this year will be in the Cypress room and will  
start at 2200 local time.

Remember, it is never too early to start preparing your drafts.
