Thank you Jari for providing a location for many fine draft discussions.

And thank you to everyone who brought those fine drafts to discuss.

Administrivia: at one time we had semi-formal WG chairs for this BOF. Some of those chairs have mostly stepped down, but no one is stepping up to the plate. The consequence is that we've missed some fine draft discussions at the past few meetings. I think a discussion is due on how to improve that situation.
