[IPv6Scotch] Location?

I have added a line to the reservations list for the Budapest Room,
2100-2200 for Scotch BoF.

Note Well:
* the IBNEMO Bar BoF is happening 2000-2100,
* Bits-n-Bites runs 1900-2100,
* I don¹t know for sure that the room will be open, since I added my own
timeslot
* I have not checked with Ray, the hotel, or anyone else for permission
* Our BoF will hopefully run long, but it would surprise me if anyone
wants the room after us
