[IPv6Scotch] Location?

Thanks for yesterday's drafts.

When we last souls left, we where good citizen's and cleaned up. I have 
turned in some sorts of cloth pouch to the IETF lost and found.

I took care of the three unfinished drafts, if anyone wants to reclaim 
contact me, otherwise I will bring them home and finish them.
