Then, I should consider to prepare some room (or meeting room) which is

(1)for 30 people (or maybe 40 or 50)
(2)from 21:00 PM or so on Nov.5th until 2:00AM or so on Nov.6th.
(3)where some loud conversation (and bring-in bottles) are allowed

OK...

Are there any other opinion and / or requirements ?
