[IPv6Scotch] Dallas IPv6 Scotch BoF meeting

Thank you, Stuart, for generously filling the gap.

For future meetings, if we are struggling to find space, I would happily
chip in to get a suite for a night. These BoFs are one of the highlights
of the meetings for me.
