Folks,

This is Shin Miyakawa / local arrangement.

As I promised in July, we've secured the space for the scotch party.

The space is a temporay-closed-bar-space named "Starboard" on the 2nd floor of the Inter Continental Hotel (next to the venue), just right side of the 2nd floor entrance hall of the hotel.

# Because this bar space is now closed, there is no sign in the hotel.
# But you can ask any hotel staff about where it is.

The hotel will provide us with glasses, ice and water. (Yeah !)

The space will be open just right after (or maybe a bit earler) Bit's and Bites on Thursday like 21:00 or 20:30 on Thursday Nov.5th

Please be adviced that we have to close the space before 3:00AM Friday (Nov.6th) completely.

Any agendas are welcome.
