For those of us who can't wait that long, there is an excellent single malt bar just across the road from the hotel: Quaich at 30 Beach Road.

They have ~200 different single malts. It's a bit pricey though at SGD30 and up. Which IMO is a reasonable trade-off considering the range of stuff they have which includes Ledaig, Kilkerran, a wide choice of Springbank, etc, etc.
