[IPv6Scotch] Scotch BOF Room secured, Time TBD

I wanted to confirm to everyone that we have had a room secured for 
tomorrow's ever-important BOF. We will be meeting in Victoria, which is 
in the East Wing on the first floor (for the Americans: this is a floor 
higher than the ground floor). Ice and cups will be provided, so you can 
forgo the tradition of dragging your own from your room. The time is 
still TBD, but we wanted to get an early email out to allow people time 
to prepare their drafts.

Look for a follow-up email with a starting time.
