sensible marcia wants to ship the kit out as soon as she can on
saturday.  and, as it is under carnet, it has to go in one shipment.

the bgpsec meeting, which will run to late afternoon saturday, needs
connectivity, but nothing serious.

geert jan, are there local packets in the mecc?  can we use a 3g wifi
access point or something?

what can we do not to inconvenience marcia but still let bgpsec folk get
mail and small transfers?
