[ietf78-tech] ISOC meeting @MECC euro centre

Several weeks ago they asked me if I could stream it and I informaed
them that there's wasn't going to be network there according to the
plan, they were told how to escalate that if they really needed it and
to date I haven't gotten a useful response so I'm thinking they lose.
that said I'll poke them to remind them of this.
