[ietf78-tech] Updating ports on management VM

portaudit sees 49 problems on the management VM.  I think the ones I'm
most concerned about are php, cacti and trac.

I know the wiki is in use, but don't know how heavily; is cacti being
populated yet?  Should we just run "portupgrade -a" and hold our
breath or is there a more principled approach?

(Why do I know this?  Because I'm the only one on the root@ alias who
can get the email, the copies to jim and joel always bounce because
management.meeting.ietf.org isn't in the DNS)
