[ietf78-tech] # AP's for plenary?

I received and updated a few more bits today:
- Map of level 0 (has room 0.11 in it, the NOC room)
- Patch list
- Updated a few bits, and noticed perms problems on the pictures,
quite emberassing - please, do complain in these cases!

I thought it would be helpful to combine the patch list
with the planning Marcia has, and some other info
(each room has at least 4 patch points, but the 1st usually is a phone,
and while that can be removed, I think it would be prudent to
just start using the 2nd patch point upwards).

It's been a while since I attended IETF and guidelines have changed,
so please confirm:
1. Can I use the capacity of the room (divided by 50) to get an estimate
of the number of AP's per room?
2. The two big rooms, auditorium 1 and 2, certainly don't have enough
   patch points: auditorium1 capacity 1058, so 11 AP's.
May I assume we put a local switch there (and gaffertape the cabling
in place or am I way off?)
What is the planned capacity of the plenary sessions anyway?
   Is it really 11 AP's?
3. Is this useful to do (since the list has some Dutch comments like
"wandtoestel" (== phone on the wall), or should I not bother?

We still need to close on the power requirements in the MDF.
An M5 seems to only use 800 watts, and one third of the flock
of 75 AP's Jim mentioned uses 25 AP's * 25 watts = 625 watts.
Give another 200 watts for the switch itself and we are well below
50% of the capacity of a typical 16A Dutch circuit (16A * 230V = 3680W).

So, do we want 1 circuit, or do we want 2, or do we want something
more fancy like 3-phase circuits and what does this mean budget-wise?

BTW, I can confirm the NOC (0.11) has no less than 14 patch points,
and they all land in SER1 (== MER, == MDF). That should be enough, no?
